CITY OF SAN FERNANDO - Last May 24, 2008, JCI San Fernando Cabalen together with the City Government of San Fernando Pampanga conducted it's SOUND OFF Competition at the Tire City Servitek.The event was participated by over 20 car enthusiasts from Angeles City, Bataan, City of San Fernando(P) and Manila.
The said event is part of the Golden Year Celebration of the JCI San Fernando Cabalen.
