SM PAMPANGA - Last May 20, 2008, JCI San Fernando Cabalen formally launched it's 3 day CARSHOW and SOUND OFF Competition at the SM City Pampanga, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.The event was participated by competing delegates from different areas of Luzon. Over 30 cars were registered and participated in the said event.
This is in connection with the celebration of the Fiestang Fernandino at the City of San Fernando.
