CITY OF SAN FERNANDO - JCI San Fernando Cabalen initiated the KITE FLYING FESTIVAL at the Villa Del Sol Subdivision, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.It was participated by 35 delegates from the different barangays and multisectoral groups from the City of San Fernando.
