CITY OF SAN FERNANDO - In connection with the Celebration of the Fiestang Fernandino, JCI San Fernando Cabalen were tasked to spherehead the 2008 BANDA KENI, BANDA KETA (STREET PARTY) at the McArthur Highway, Dolores, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.250 meters of the McArthur Highway was temporarily closed to venue the said event.
Over 2,000 guests from different Barangays from the City of San Fernando and guests from neighboring towns/municipalities participated in the celebration.
